Behind the simple "paste your URL" experience is a three-stage pipeline. Here's what happens at each step, and how the stages hand off to one another.

The pipeline

Stage 1: Crawl & Audit

When you submit a URL, we crawl every reachable page, capture full-page screenshots, and extract the DOM structure, image assets, and copy. The audit engine then scores the site across four dimensions — SEO, performance, content quality, and mobile accessibility — using over 40 individual signals.

Stage 2: AI Regeneration

Sites that score below our quality threshold move into the regeneration stage. Rather than generating a generic template, the pipeline rebuilds the site section by section, preserving your brand colors, logo, and the actual copy that describes your business — just restructured into a modern, fast layout.

Stage 3: Preview, Refine, Launch

Before anything goes live, you see a full preview of the rebuilt site. You can chat with the system to request changes — "make the hero darker," "add a testimonials section" — and see updates applied in real time. Once you're happy, publishing is a single click, either to a free SiteSudharo subdomain or your existing custom domain.
